1. Promoter

This competition is organised by Amka Products (Pty) Ltd, the owner and distributor of Playgirl Cosmetics South Africa (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

• The competition runs from 9 March 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM on 12 April 2026.
• Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.
• The event is exclusive to Johannesburg, and no travel, transport, or accommodation costs will be covered by the Promoter or its partners.
• Entrants residing outside of Johannesburg may enter but will be fully responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs.
• Employees, directors, agents, suppliers, and promotional partners of the Promoter, including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must purchase any Playgirl makeup product from Clicks or Dis-Chem stores or via their online stores.
• Visit www.playgirl-beauty.com, complete the entry form, select your preferred session time, and upload a valid receipt as proof of purchase.
• Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must be supported by a unique qualifying purchase. Only one entry is allowed per valid purchase receipt. Entries submitted using the same receipt more than once will be disqualified. All receipts will be verified for authenticity and compliance with these terms.
• Only products from the Playgirl makeup and cosmetics range qualify for entry into this competition. Purchases of Playgirl personal care, body care, toiletry, or fragrance products do not qualify for entry.

• There is no minimum requirement for spending. The purchase of any qualifying Playgirl makeup or cosmetics product, regardless of value, is sufficient to enter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify purchases and disqualify entries that include non-qualifying products, are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or submitted via an incorrect channel.
• For a bonus entry, like the official competition post on Instagram, share it to your stories, and tag @playgirlbeautyofficial.
• By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for competition administration, winner notification, and promotional purposes as outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

5. Prize Details

• Winners will receive an exclusive invite to the Come Out & Play! Beauty Event – Johannesburg Edition, taking place on Saturday, 9 May 2026 at Langhams, Fourways – Johannesburg.
• The event includes glow-up masterclasses, networking, Instagrammable content zones, and a luxury goodie bag valued at over R2,000.
• One winner, who attended the Playgirl Come Out and Play Event – Johannesburg Edition will also be selected as the Playgirl Content Creator for 2026.
• The prize and/or opportunities associated with the title “Playgirl Content Creator for 2026” may include brand collaboration opportunities, content partnerships, campaigns, or additional exposure, at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
• The title does not constitute a permanent employment agreement, guaranteed income, or fixed-term content creation contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Winner Selection

• Entrants are encouraged to enter only if they are available and able to attend the Playgirl Come Out and Play Event – Johannesburg Edition in Johannesburg on 9 May 2026.
• General invite winners will be selected via a random draw, which will be audited by an independent auditor to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Only 100 general event invite winners will be selected per session by random draw (200 general event invite winners in total).
• The Playgirl Content Creator for 2026 will be selected by the Promoter based on creativity, engagement, and brand alignment.
• Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided at entry between 20 April 2026 and 23 April 2026.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant at the Promoter’s discretion.
• By attending the event, winners grant the Promoter the right to use, repost, share, reproduce and amplify content created at or relating to the event for marketing and promotional purposes across digital, social media and other communication platforms, with credit where reasonably possible.

7. Travel Disclaimer

• This event takes place in Johannesburg only.
• No transport, accommodation, or other related expenses will be covered by the Promoter.
• Attendance is entirely at the participant’s own expense and risk.

8. General Terms

• Only entries with valid proof of purchase will be considered.
• Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition without notice should circumstances arise beyond its control.
• All decisions by the Promoter regarding this competition are final and binding.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data submitted by entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://playgirl-beauty.com/competition/.
• Participants may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Promoter.

10. Technical and Entry Conditions

• The Promoter shall not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, incorrect, or incomplete entries, regardless of cause. Proof of sending or submitting does not constitute proof of receipt by the Promoter.
• The Promoter shall not be liable for technical failures, including but not limited to any problems with internet connectivity, website downtime, or system errors that may affect entry submission.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraud or misconduct, including but not limited to falsifying receipts, using fake accounts, or manipulating entry data.

11. Prize Substitution & Force Majeure

• In the unlikely event that the advertised prize is unavailable, despite the Promoter’s reasonable efforts, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal value.
• The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition without notice should events beyond its control necessitate such action. In such cases, all entrants agree to waive any rights or claims and acknowledge that no recourse shall be held against the Promoter or its agents.

12. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners grant the Promoter the right to use their name, likeness, and event-related content for promotional purposes across digital and social media platforms, without further compensation.

13. Retailer Disclaimer

Retailers from which purchases are made to enter this competition, are not the organisers of this promotion and shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims, damages, losses, or costs of any nature whatsoever arising from participation in this competition, the hosting of the event, or the acceptance and/or use of any prize or benefit. All queries and issues relating to the promotion should be directed to the Promoter.
